Our Mission
In early 2020 Shippliers More entered into discussions with a select number of Private Equity investors who were interested in exploring a partnership with this special platform to enable it to grow its strategy. After pausing this process in order to focus on their response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we restarted these discussions in August 2020.
Our Mission
FCA approval for the transaction was confirmed on 5th February 2020 and the acquisition closed on 13th February 2021. Shippliers More continues to engage constructively with the CMA to address any competition questions and expect a positive outcome to their investigation in the second half of 2021.
